Please supply a FULL description of the things you sell.

Conditions

1. Stall Fees - $100.00 (non-refundable). Payment due by 3 June 2017 by cheque, money order or bank transfer.

2. Only products listed above are to be sold.  Other products may be sold with prior written consent.

3. Set up between 6.30am to 9.00am.  Hours - 10.00am to 4.00pm.

4. Stallholders should be in possession of current Public Liability Insurance.

5. All food stall holders must obtain a food license from the Gold Coast City Council. The application can take 3 to 5 working days.  Bring license with you on the day.        <Click here to download form>

6. All stall holders are required to bring all of their own equipment for their stall including Gazebo and power.

    NOTE: Pegs are not allowed to be put into the ground. Everything must be WEIGHTED DOWN!

7. Teuila Cultural Services will not be held liable for any loss or damages on the day.
